The Emigrants Odyssey
An exhibition by Amnesty International
Europe is crashing down under tons of xenophobic speech and prejudice towards asylum seekers undertaking dangerous and deadly journeys across the Mediterranean to escape war, brutal authoritarian regimes, poverty and other gross human rights violations. Come and show your support for Amnesty International’s fight to alter the public debate and force Europe’s leaders to stand up to their obligations under international law and provided protection to those who need it the most.
What? The opening night of an exhibition by the famous photographer Giorgos Moutafis, portraying photos of migrants and asylum seekers crossing the Mediterranean.
All is of course accompanied by quality music and booze.
